Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Houston, TX| San Francisco, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, integrations, and best practices to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Lead platform implementation, upgrades, and integrations with enterprise systems.
Provide technical guidance and governance for ServiceNow development teams.
Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and solution strategies.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
