Job Description

The .NET Full Stack Tech Lead will work closely with the client's Agile/Scrum team in a hands-on, execution-focused role. Responsibilities include active contribution to development and backlog delivery, coordination between onsite/offshore teams, and collaboration with vendors. The role also involves direct involvement in design, development, and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Work as part of an Agile/Scrum team delivering backlog items
Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, including external vendors
Act as onshore coordinator supporting offshore counterpart
Contribute hands-on to software development, system design, and technical problem-solving

Requirements

12+ years hands-on full stack development experience (12+ years) - Required
Strong hands-on coding in .NET Core and Angular (TypeScript) - Required
Experience with SQL Server, Kubernetes, and API (SOAP & REST) development - Required
Familiarity with Rally for Epic/Feature management - Preferred
Experience in Insurance domain/products - Required
Strong technical depth with hands-on coding experience - Required
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments - Required
Ability to collaborate across distributed teams - Required
