Summary

Position Title: AI & Emerging Technology Researcher
Role: AI Governance & Adoption Lead – AI Portfolio & Enablement (MS Solutions)

Work :40% onsite/60% remote

About the Job

  • Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
  • Work Location : This position will be based at the ITRC, Greenville, SC but will also support PLANT and/or Plant Woodruff at times.

Day-to-Day:
  • Own AI portfolio standardization, including use case taxonomy, naming, positioning, and lifecycle governance
  • Define and execute communications and adoption strategies for Copilot and enterprise AI services
  • Develop and curate enterprise AI use cases, patterns, and success stories aligned to business priorities
  • Drive user adoption through establishing/coordinating multi channel enablement (training, learning paths, campaigns, community)
  • Business and stakeholder engagement, feedback collection, and technical translation to facilitate the best adoption paths within the organization.
Must Haves
  • Experience leading AI or M365 product adoption at enterprise scale
  • Strong background in governance frameworks for digital or AI portfolios
  • Proven ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business ready use cases
  • Experience designing communications, training, and change programs for diverse user groups
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption or large productivity transformations
  • Familiarity with change management and learning methodologies (champion programs, communities of practice)
  • Experience working with Corporate Communications or Marketing teams
  • Exposure to AI governance, privacy, or responsible AI principles
  • Global enterprise or regulated-industry experience
Education:
Bachelor''s degree in computer science, engineering, science, mathematics/statistics, or related field. Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in computer science, mathematics/statistics or a related field (preferred).

Experience:
5+ years prior experience working in IT / software engineering with machine learning development

Onsite requirement: Must be onsite at least 2 days per week. This is subject to change

M365 Copilot Engineer
The M365 Copilot & Data Transformation Specialist will play a critical role in enabling our client''s enterprise-wide rollout of M365 Copilot Premium and Copilot Lite, ensuring secure, compliant, and business-ready adoption.

This role will also lead the operational and technical transformation of legacy DIVA file repositories into governed, structured SharePoint Online information architecture to support Copilot readiness, search optimization, and long-term data governance objectives.

The specialist will collaborate closely with product owners, security governance, Power Platform, GAIA integration teams, IT Sec-Gov, and cross-regional stakeholders across USA, DE, and ZA.
