Job SummaryAnalyzes business operations, workflows, and technical processes across multiple functional areas to design, enhance, and support information processing systems. Evaluates and improves methods used for decision-making, policy development, and program execution. Develops and maintains operational specifications for both manual and system-supported processes. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to define system requirements, including functionality, outputs, data inputs, controls, and implementation techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead projects as a liaison between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and Information Technology teams, including Development, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Release Management, to ensure effective communication and high-quality technology solution delivery.
- Support legacy applications by analyzing roadmaps and leveraging user stories to enhance and maintain core business processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including database and data structure analysis, as well as identification of risks and assumptions related to solution delivery.
- Collaborate closely with system architects and developers to create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation.
- Define and implement delivery strategies for business initiatives, including process changes, technology updates, and customer impact considerations.
- Apply established software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and enforce process standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 9-14 years of related professional experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools, including document management, spreadsheets, project management, diagramming, and presentation software.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of application development, database concepts, system design, and web-based and client/server architectures.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools is a plus.
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation, as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- Required to work onsite for the first three months of employment; position transitions to fully remote thereafter.

- Role supports multiple interconnected applications focused on service delivery, workflow management, and data exchange.
