Summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape a new content experience for a global streaming audience. In this contract role, you'll turn ambiguous, early-stage problems into clear, high-quality design directions across TV, mobile, and web while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring member-centered ideas to life.
Responsibilities
  • Translate open-ended product challenges into actionable experience visions and design plans.
  • Design polished, detailed user experiences across TV, mobile, and web in Figma from concept through final handoff.
  • Develop scalable design systems, reusable patterns, and frameworks that support consistency across projects.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, merchandising, and marketing partners to shape direction and execution.
  • Facilitate working sessions and design discussions with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Communicate design ideas clearly through visuals, written content, presentations, and group conversations.
  • Contribute to innovative solutions that balance member needs, business goals, and future scalability.
  • Advocate for thoughtful, inclusive experiences for a global audience.
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products.
  • Strong ability to work through ambiguous problems and turn them into practical next steps.
  • High-level craft and attention to detail in UI and interaction design.
  • Experience leading 0-to-1 initiatives and contributing to successful outcomes at scale.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different projects and business areas.
  • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, give feedback, and receive feedback constructively.
  • Familiarity with creating design solutions that work across multiple platforms and devices.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience building organizational leverage through systems, frameworks, or reusable design patterns.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving product needs.
  • Interest in exploring new tools, workflows, and technologies to improve design effectiveness.
  • Experience presenting ideas to cross-functional stakeholders or executive audiences.
  • Ability to contribute to strategy as well as execution.
