About The Auto Shop
The Auto Shop is seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician in Jefferson, MO, offering $27?$34/hour for B-Level Technicians and $40?$48/hour for A-Level Technicians. A-Level Technicians have $100,000+ earning potential through the shop\'s flat-rate or hybrid pay structure. This Monday?Friday opportunity includes an air-conditioned shop, paid training, and technical support from a Master Technician and an in-house national-level trainer.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns based on experience and skill level
- Troubleshoot and repair engine, transmission, HVAC, steering, suspension, and brake systems
- Complete automotive repairs accurately and efficiently
- Perform vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations
- Document diagnostic findings and completed repairs
- Work with Service Advisors to maintain an efficient workflow
- Follow established shop processes while delivering quality repairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills appropriate to the technician level
- Ability to complete automotive repairs independently
- Missouri State Inspection License preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Independent repair shop experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
