Position: Sr. Specialist, HR Process Automation & Compliance

Location: Hybrid 3 days in office (Chicago Il)

Description:

• 5+ years of Experience
• Firm understanding of US (Federal and Local) Employment Law
• Tech skill are #1 (look for HRIS titles) - Experience with Copilot, Power BI
• Team of 4ppl

Role Focus:

• This role is heavily focused on Microsoft Power Platform, with an emphasis on building and maintaining automated HR workflows while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Primary areas of focus include:

• Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools
• Digitizing forms and managing corresponding workflows
• Automating emails, approvals, and routing
• Supporting flexible work arrangement processes within Power Platform
• Reporting and data pulls as needed

Technical & Functional Experience

Preferred experience includes:

• Strong Power Platform experience (Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms)
• Comfort with light coding or scripting backgrounds (Python, HTML, similar)
• HR or compliance background, especially handling confidential information
• Experience responding to compliance or HR-related inquiries via shared inboxes
• Ability to navigate sensitive data with discretion
