We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the Payments Industry to lead product strategy, execution, and delivery for innovative financial technology solutions.

🔹 Required Experience:
✔ 7+ years in Product Management or Management Consulting
✔ 5+ years of direct Product Ownership in Agile environments
✔ 2–5 years of Payments Industry experience
✔ Experience working closely with Engineering teams
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Expertise with Agile methodologies, Jira, and product lifecycle management

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end product execution from discovery through release.
• Translate business opportunities into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Create user stories, manage sprints, and support UAT activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics to maximize business and client value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic product initiatives.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with prepaid open-loop card products
• Knowledge of web and mobile banking solutions
• Financial Services Industry experience
