Summary
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) solutions.
- Lead implementation of Product Catalog, Pricing, Quoting, Contracts, Orders, Assets, and Revenue processes.
- Design scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) architecture.
- Configure Product Catalogs, Bundles, Pricing Rules, Product Attributes, and Configuration Models.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
- Design integrations with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Billing, Order Management, and external applications.
- Define security architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
- Own platform architecture, release management, and technical roadmap.
- Mentor developers and administrators.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD deployments.
