Position: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer/Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ / Johnston, RI
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Practical experience with Salesforce AI tools such as Einstein AI, Einstein GPT, and Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, governance, and platform best practices.
- Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows and Process Builder.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application within Salesforce environments.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Platform Developer I/II
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Accredited Professional
- Salesforce AI Associate
- Salesforce AI Specialist
- Experience within banking, wealth management, insurance, or fintech industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) and real-time data integration.
- Experience with DevOps and release management tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau and CRM Analytics.
