The
Logistics Analyst will provide comprehensive operations and logistics property management support to the BUCKEYE program. This role is responsible for ensuring accountability, visibility, and compliance for all government-furnished equipment (GFE), contractor-acquired property (CAP), and program-managed assets. The Analyst will coordinate logistics activities across warehousing, transportation, inventory control, receiving, and lifecycle management to support sustained operational readiness for CONUS and OCONUS mission requirements.
Responsibilities - Provide needed operations and logistics property management services associated with projects under the HR3D program and projects for the AGC.
- Prepare equipment picked up from the other facilities to be disposed to the Awarehouse by documenting serial numbers, removing labels, and storing for pickup.
- Defile/destroy hard drives and other computer components and prep equipment for disposal/removal from site.
- Manage end-to-end property lifecycle for all BUCKEYE program assets, including receipt, inventory, storage, issue, tracking, and disposition.
- Maintain 100% accountability of GFE and CAP in accordance with FAR 52.2451 and program-specific SOPs.
- Conduct physical inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and update property records in the approved Property Management System.
- Tag, label, and document assets to ensure traceability and audit readiness as required.
- Prepare property transfer documents, inventory reports, loss/damage reports, and audit packages.
- Support daily logistics functions, including shipping/receiving, packing, freight coordination, and material movement.
- Coordinate transportation of equipment, supplies, and replacement components to CONOCONUS sites in accordance with export control, DoD, and program requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments (DD1149, DD250, commercial bills of lading, etc.).
- Assist with warehouse organization, stock levels, shelf-life management, and material staging for field operations.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, field service teams, supply chain, and the government customer to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical equipment.
- Provide logistics inputs to technical manuals, configuration tracking, and lifecycle sustainment plans as required.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and program logistics documentation.
- Support readiness reporting, sustainment metrics, and logistics dashboards as required.
- Ensure compliance with company, DoD, and federal regulations regarding property and logistics management.
- Prepare and maintain records for internal and external audits, including DCMA, Government PMO, and corporate reviews.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports on inventory status, material usage, shortages, and supply chain risks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required
- 8+ years of relevant experience:
- Experience with Logistics Operations is required
- Secret with the ability to obtain Top Secret
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting the Buckeye Program is preferred
- Experience with Army logistics is preferred
- Certification(s): CPSM, CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent DoD logistics certifications are preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to access NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS on a regular basis.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international and domestic shipping regulations (ITAR, EAR, DoD 4500.9R).
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be an accomplishment-oriented, team player, and an individual contributor
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, be proactive, and assume additional responsibility and accountability
- Ability to develop strategies to achieve organizational goals with continual attention to detail, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Ability to travel for training to OCONUS and CONUS locations.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and perform warehouse or field logistics tasks as required.
