This role involves delivering training through a variety of mediums: onsite, remote, and asynchronously via e-learning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a large, collaborative remote team environment and demonstrate a strong aptitude for Agile, incremental, and iterative delivery methods.
Job Duties
Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to a specific financial business area.
Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based content from the ground up, actively participating in system design discussions and testing activities to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Produce clear, user-friendly guides and training materials that enhance learner understanding and retention.
Facilitate effective instructor-led and web-based training sessions for both trainers and end users.
Manage and update the training SharePoint site to ensure resources are current and easily accessible.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central Time. This is currently a remote position but may become hybrid. If that happens, days in the office will be negotiated at that time.
