Job Summary
UKG QA/Tester (100% Remote, W2 Role):
- Support the implementation of test strategies and development of comprehensive test plans for UKG HCM modules.
- Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases and scripts for payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling modules.
- Document and report test results, triaging pass/fail scenarios to ensure testing objectives are achieved.
- Assist in monitoring test execution throughout various implementation cycles.
- Analyze test results to identify root causes of defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues using debugging and root cause analysis.
- Utilize the ‘Open Project’ test management tool for managing and tracking testing activities.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure smooth QA processes.
- Leverage experience in UKG Workforce Management/Workforce Central applications, especially in timekeeping and scheduling.
- (Preferred) Apply UKG configuration skills and experience with automated testing platforms such as ‘Test Assure’.
- (Preferred) Draw upon prior experience with Kronos and ERP systems like Lawson and Workday.
