UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Consultant

We re looking for a senior UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) Consultant to help assess, optimize, and mature an existing UKG environment. This is not a day-to-day administration role we need a hands-on SME who can identify configuration gaps, recommend solutions, and lead configuration and testing efforts.

*This role will be onsite in Dallas, TX*

Key Qualifications:

• Deep hands-on UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions configuration experience

• Strong experience with Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, and Scheduling

• Ability to assess existing environments and troubleshoot configuration issues

• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, pay rules, and WFM processes

• Experience configuring and testing changes in lower environments

• Consulting or implementation background strongly preferred

• Manufacturing or large hourly workforce experience is a plus

Ideal for a senior UKG consultant who can operate independently, partner directly with HR/Payroll/IT stakeholders, and provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
