AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Manager to join our growing team. This strategic role partners closely with the Technical Architect to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking modernization initiatives, requiring strong expertise in commercial lending and credit domains, exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence, and the ability to translate business goals into secure, scalable delivery plans. The Delivery Lead / Manager will shape product strategy, influence technology decisions, align outcomes to long-term business objectives, and guide cross-functional teams with a strong product mindset and deep understanding of banking applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own Delivery Strategy: Lead delivery planning and execution for enterprise banking platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and modernization goals.
- Drive Secure Delivery: Enable safe, secure, and reusable delivery processes that meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
- Product Mindset: Focus on value creation, business outcomes, and customer experience not just task execution.
- Vision & Roadmaps: Develop a forward-looking vision for lending and cards journeys; create strategic roadmaps and journey diagrams aligning business and technical goals.
- Domain Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of commercial lending, cards, credit lifecycle, vendor relationships, and module synergies to guide delivery decisions.
- Strategic Prioritization: Evaluate pipeline priorities, determine what to deliver now vs. later, and assess emerging technologies for future adoption.
- Leadership & Coaching: Guide and mentor teams across engineering, sales, and operations; promote collaboration and best practices.
- Business Tech Bridge: Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans while maintaining a long-term strategic perspective.
- Vendor Influence: Shape vendor strategy, module selection, and technology adoption to optimize delivery outcomes.
- Measure Impact: Track project performance against strategic objectives to ensure meaningful business value.
Required Skills & Experience
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Strong background in banking and hands-on experience with banking applications.
- Strategic thinker with focus on scalability, long-term vision, and enterprise-level impact.
- Deep domain knowledge in commercial lending, credit workflows, and banking operations.
- Experience with full lending and cards lifecycle, including vendor management and technology evaluation.
- Ability to connect business strategy with technical execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities for prioritization, resource planning, and technology selection.
- Proven experience in enterprise delivery leadership within banking or financial services.
Education Required
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in banking.
- Familiarity with modern architecture concepts such as microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and security frameworks in financial services.
