Responsibilities
- SD-WAN & Network Management: Design, configure, and manage SD-WAN (Viptela, Silver Peak) and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor and resolve LAN/WAN/VPN issues, including IPSEC, NAT, PAT, and GRE tunnels.
- Carrier Coordination: Manage WAN links, coordinating with internet service providers to resolve link issues.
- Network Security: Implement and maintain network security policies, including firewall configurations.
- Documentation: Create and update network architecture, high-level/low-level design (HLD/LLD) documents.
- Project Deployment: Lead network migration, upgrades, and optimization projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, QoS, VLAN, TCP/IP) and SD-WAN technologies.
- Hardware Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and.
- Experience: 3 7+ years in network support/engineering roles.
- Tools: Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., ITSM Remedy).
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications: CCNP or CCIE preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
