Job Description
***Only qualified Salesforce Developer Apex LWC Platform Development candidates located in the Columbus, OH area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Development experience on Salesforce Platform(3 Years)
Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and data migration tools

Job responsibilities:
Development: Develop high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components
Platform Configuration: Build declarative solutions utilizing Salesforce automation tools, primarily advanced Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls
Maintenance& Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software errors, application bottlenecks, and data integration issues
Code Quality & Best Practices: Maintain clean, well-documented code. Write robust test classes to achieve high code coverage (minimum 75-80%) and participate in peer code reviews
DevOps& Deployment: Manage application lifecycles, sandbox environments, and deployment cycles using version control tools (GitHub) and CI/CD deployment tools
