Position: Product Compliance Analyst

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Product Compliance Analyst to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a compliance-minded professional who enjoys turning complex requirements into clear action. In this role, you'll help lead sustainability, packaging, and regulatory compliance efforts while partnering across departments to keep projects moving and standards aligned. It's a chance to step into a growing team, build meaningful processes, and become a trusted subject matter expert over time.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Lead sustainability, recycling, and packaging compliance initiatives.
  • Manage packaging projects from planning through execution.
  • Track packaging KPIs, costs, and sustainability metrics.
  • Support packaging standardization and material reduction efforts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on compliance requirements.
  • Review packaging claims, labeling, and retailer requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact.
  • Maintain documentation and readiness for audits and reviews.
  • Improve workflows and reporting across compliance processes.


Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with government compliance and state regulations.
  • Background in compliance, regulatory, contract, or related work.
  • Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or similar environments.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with packaging laws and recycling protocols.
  • Knowledge of battery, chemical, or product compliance.
  • Exposure to sustainability or recycling programs.
  • Experience supporting product development or quality teams.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or automation tools.
  • Background in supplier or customer compliance.
  • Experience with reporting dashboards or KPI tracking.
