Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Product Manager to oversee the performance and optimization of our product offerings. Based in Irvine, California, this role involves leveraging data insights, monitoring tools, and analytical techniques to ensure product functionality and success. Responsibilities:
Define and track key performance metrics for products and features from launch through continuous improvement.
Develop and implement success criteria for product initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Utilize analytics platforms and monitoring tools to assess product functionality and performance.
Create and maintain real-time systems for monitoring product health and identifying performance issues.
Analyze feature-level data such as latency, error rates, and user engagement trends to identify opportunities for enhancement.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts to resolve issues and improve reliability.
Conduct in-depth analyses using statistical and analytics tools to uncover patterns, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Establish robust data instrumentation standards to ensure precise tracking across all product features.
Implement automated alerts and anomaly detection systems to proactively address potential problems.
Support product launches by managing planning, execution, and post-launch performance evaluation.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address complex challenges.
Proficiency in managing multiple tools and systems simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and bug tracking.
Experience working with analytics platforms and monitoring or observability tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and database systems like Microsoft SQL.
Understanding of product performance metrics and strategies for product-led growth.
