Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MES Site IT Coordinator / Production Support Lead to support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and post-go-live activities at the manufacturing site level. The ideal candidate will serve as the key liaison between site users, Global MES teams, IT, Infrastructure, ERP, offshore development teams, vendors, and implementation partners. This role requires strong expertise in MES platforms, manufacturing processes, site operations, hypercare support, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary site-level IT coordinator and governance contact for MES implementation and support activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end MES lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, go-live, hypercare, and steady-state support.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Validation, Infrastructure, ERP, Global MES teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage and track site-level actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness activities with clear ownership and follow-up.
• Support business process re-engineering initiatives and align site processes with the core MES template and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate technical and functional discussions between business users and development/configuration teams.
• Support site readiness activities, including infrastructure setup, user access, interfaces, shop floor devices, printers, scanners, and connectivity.
• Manage production support incidents, escalations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of permanent fixes.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, incident management processes, and application support standards.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories, support documentation, SOPs, work instructions, user guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate L2/L3 support activities and drive continuous improvements through automation and process optimization.
• Prepare and publish project metrics, performance reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead major incident resolution activities and manage critical customer escalations effectively.
• Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to strengthen MES operations and support processes.

Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X.
• Experience supporting MES implementation projects and post-go-live hypercare activities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes.
• Experience in site operations, process re-engineering, and production support environments.
• Expertise in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Knowledge of application support, release management, and change management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, ERP integrations, and validation/compliance processes.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and IT service management practices.
