Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to help accelerate the development and productionization of enterprise AI solutions within our Commercial Data & Analytics platform.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong experience in Snowflake, Snowpark, SQL, Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and semantic data modeling. This individual will build AI-powered applications, AI-ready datasets, semantic models, and scalable data pipelines supporting high-priority enterprise AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop enterprise AI-powered applications using Snowflake Cortex, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Build and optimize semantic data models and AI-ready datasets for structured and unstructured data.
  • Design, develop, and automate data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and data refresh pipelines.
  • Integrate clinical, commercial, and external data sources into enterprise AI workflows.
  • Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and LLM-powered applications.
  • Build and support AI Agents and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM application performance and reliability.
  • Optimize Snowflake performance, SQL queries, data models, and Snowpark workloads.
  • Develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready AI solutions.
  • Support deployment, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operationalization of AI applications.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, AI/ML engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop technical documentation and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex data and AI application issues and drive them through resolution.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Experience with Snowpark and advanced SQL.
  • Strong programming experience with Python.
  • Hands-on experience developing Generative AI / LLM applications.
  • Strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, AI Agents, and Agentic AI.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise data pipelines.
  • Experience with semantic data modeling and AI-ready datasets.
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
  • Ability to develop scalable and production-ready solutions in an enterprise environment.
