Deployment Technician

Field Technician - Epic EHR Rollout

Location: Perry & Warner Robins, GA
Pay: $25/hour
Start Date: March 2026
Duration: Through May 2026 Go-Live and post-launch support

About the Role

We're hiring field technicians to support a major Epic EHR implementation at healthcare facilities in central Georgia. You'll work through four project phases leading up to Go-Live in May 2026.

What You'll Do

Inventory & Assessment: Find and document all hardware and peripherals across hospital and clinic sites
Deployment: Unbox, image, install, and deploy new equipment
Technical Dress Rehearsal: Test every device running Epic using provided scripts and document any failures
Go-Live Support: Provide troubleshooting and deployment support before and after Go-Live. This phase includes 24/7 coverage with potential night and weekend shifts.

What You Need

• Basic computer troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working in healthcare environments around doctors, nurses, and patients
• Reliable transportation (may require travel between sites)

• Surrounding clinics within the area

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
