Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Properties Associate Manager in Orlando, FL.
Overview:

As the Associate Manager, Digital Properties, you will serve as the digital product owner responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer-facing digital experiences across websites and mobile applications.
Working across Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and Digital Channel teams, you will transform business objectives into high-impact digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term customer loyalty. You will own the prioritization and delivery of enhancements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements while ensuring a seamless experience across all digital touchpoints.
This role is ideal for a digital product professional who enjoys connecting strategy with execution, using data to inform decisions, and partnering across multiple teams to bring innovative experiences to life. Success in this position requires strong product management capabilities, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the product roadmap for web and mobile digital experiences

* Drive alignment across stakeholders while balancing competing priorities

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate brings a blend of digital product management, marketing technology, analytics, and customer experience expertise. This individual should be comfortable working across business and technical teams while helping shape the future of customer-facing digital platforms.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Digital Media, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Web, or Mobile Platforms
* Experience managing websites and/or mobile applications in high-traffic environments
* Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion optimization
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and external partners
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product development processes, and backlog management
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and modern web technologies
* Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
* Experience with CMS platforms, digital commerce solutions, and marketing technologies
* Knowledge of SEO, campaign tracking, tagging strategies, and performance measurement
* Experience with product management and workflow tools such as Azure DevOps, Wrike, Jira, or similar platforms
* Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and digital optimization best practices
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
Preferred:
* MBA or advanced degree preferred
* Experience supporting consumer-focused digital products within hospitality, retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, or agency environments
* Passion for creating engaging, customer-focused digital experiences
* Demonstrated ownership mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
