This is not an advisory role. This is not a project management role with an AI veneer. This is a hands-on, prototype-building, workflow-architecting, creative-organization-transforming role for someone who can walk into a world-class creative studio, understand what's broken, and rebuild it with generative AI at the center.
You are equally comfortable presenting a transformation vision to a CMO and then opening a terminal to build the pipeline that makes it real. You have the creative credibility to earn the trust of art directors and creative directors. You have the technical depth to work alongside engineers and architects. And you have the strategic instinct to connect both to measurable business outcomes.
You will lead customer engagements from discovery through production - running workshops, defining use cases, architecting solutions, building prototypes with generative AI APIs and services, and driving adoption until the new ways of working become the only ways of working.
WHAT YOU'LL DOYour impact spans five domains - from reinventing creative workflows and architecting the Content Supply Chain, to partnering with engineering teams, leading enterprise engagements, and driving marketing operations transformations that turn AI ambition into measurable business results.
1. REINVENT CREATIVE WORKFLOWS- Go inside creative agencies, in-house studios, and brand marketing teams and map how creative work actually happens - every bottleneck, every handoff, every redundant task - then rebuild those workflows with generative AI at the core. Replace legacy, slow, human-bottlenecked production with a GenAI-powered Content Supply Chain.
- Design and govern agentic creative pipelines that enable enterprise teams to go from brief to brand-compliant asset in hours, not weeks.
- Architect content supply chain solutions that integrate generative AI services, creative tooling APIs, and third-party AI tools (video, audio, motion) into existing production infrastructure.
- Build model control, versioning, and quality assurance into every pipeline so outputs are repeatable, on-brand, and production-ready.
- Develop prompt engineering playbooks, brand-encoding frameworks, and governance models to maintain brand standards at scale.
- Identify where AI should handle repetitive production and where human creative judgment remains essential.
2. BUILD AND DEMONSTRATE WHAT'S POSSIBLE- Ideate and build working prototypes using generative AI APIs and emerging tools to bring customer use cases to life.
- Script and produce compelling demo content for creative and executive stakeholders.
- Stay fluent in evolving AI platforms and translate new capabilities into real-world opportunities.
- Define ideal future-state architecture, bridging legacy systems with modern AI-powered workflows.
- Turn customer insights into improvements in internal tools, processes, and offerings.
- Convert custom solutions into repeatable playbooks and scalable offerings.
3. PARTNER WITH ENGINEERING & EVANGELIZE AI CAPABILITIES- Work alongside forward-deployed or embedded engineering teams-translating creative needs into technical specifications.
- Run discovery workshops and define use cases that can be implemented with full-stack AI integrations and extensible workflows.
- Stay ahead of emerging product capabilities across generative AI, creative tools, and workflow platforms.
- Demonstrate capabilities live-building, not just presenting.
- Represent the organization at industry events and customer engagements with real-world case studies.
- Act as a feedback loop between customers and product teams, influencing roadmap direction.
- Co-develop governance frameworks and reusable workflow components with engineering.
4. LEAD CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS- Run executive workshops and AI discovery sessions.
- Drive enterprise-scale transformations from creative production through campaign activation.
- Build trusted relationships with creative, marketing, and technology leadership.
- Collaborate on use cases, requirements, solution design, and production deployment.
- Translate technical progress into business and creative outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks across adoption, quality, and timelines.
5. DRIVE ADOPTION AND LASTING CHANGE- Build business cases for GenAI investments tied to metrics like speed, cost, and output.
- Define success milestones early (30/60/90 days).
- Identify adoption barriers and proactively resolve them.
- Partner with leadership to define success metrics (throughput, time-to-asset, cost efficiency).
- Drive adoption through hands-on collaboration and training-not just presentations.
- Support change management across teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain executive visibility through measurable progress updates.
- Ensure long-term, sustainable impact-not just pilot success.
WHAT YOU BRINGPortfolio RequirementEvidence of real-world AI creative work, including:
- AI-driven workflows deployed in production
- Prototypes or pipelines built using generative AI tools
- Before/after workflow improvements with measurable impact
- Creative output demonstrating both craft and technical capability
Experience- 8-12+ years in creative production, creative technology, agency operations, or enterprise software
- Deep experience inside creative organizations
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI-assisted creative workflows
- Experience in roles like Creative Director, Creative Technologist, or Head of Creative Operations preferred
- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical delivery
Creative Technologist Craft- Expertise in Content Supply Chain and creative production workflows
- Hands-on experience with creative tooling platforms and generative AI services
- Familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Veo, Zapier, n8n, etc.
- Ability to build, debug, and document AI-driven pipelines
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Understanding of brand systems and how to encode them into workflows
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript preferred
Leadership & Communication- Fluency in both creative and executive communication styles
- Ability to build trust with creative leaders through demonstration
- Experience running workshops and co-creation sessions
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to quantify impact
- Skilled at navigating complex organizations
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Miro, Confluence, etc.
