Job Overview: The SE3- Software Engineer 3 will play a critical role in designing, developing, and modernizing software engineering solutions with a focus on technology controls automation, database migration, and analytics enablement. The candidate will collaborate across engineering, data, and governance teams to deliver secure, automated, and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities: - Consult on and design moderately complex software engineering initiatives with a focus on technology controls automation and data platform modernization.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and execution of deliverables supporting risk management, compliance, and operational resilience.
- Review, analyze, and resolve software engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technical and regulatory factors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready, auditable, and operationally sustainable solutions.
- Design and implement automated technology and data controls embedded within application, database, and reporting layers.
- Lead or contribute to database and application migration initiatives, including legacy-to-modern platform transitions.
- Develop and maintain analytical data models and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Support operationalization of machine learning outputs within enterprise data platforms.
Qualifications: - 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent through work experience, consulting, training, or education.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server development and administration.
- Experience supporting database migrations, schema refactoring, and data validation activities.
- Proficiency in developing or supporting Power BI dashboards and data models.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, SDLC, data management practices, and enterprise compliance expectations.

Pay Range: $53 - $60/hr. on W2
