Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the enhancement of a Child Support System, migrating from a legacy mainframe to a modern web-based platform. This role focuses on improving usability, scalability, and compliance while working in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, manage project timelines, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle project planning and execution, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee technology modernization and system integration, driving quality assurance efforts.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Maintain budget oversight and resource forecasting for project stability.
• Communicate project status and updates clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of project leadership and delivery experience in complex IT projects.
• Expertise in managing large-scale technology modernization and legacy system migrations.
• Proficient in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource estimation.
• Strong background in risk, issue, and change management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project).
