Senior HR PM/BA Workday Compensation and Absence (100% Remote)

Job Summary

As a PM/BA (Project Manager/Business Analyst) in the HR Transformation team, you will work with your stakeholders to understand issues they would like resolved or processes they want improved with the use of technology. This role will lead, plan and manage business transformation programs, including the overall change strategy, Workday configuration, training, and adoption. You will define a functional design, define a technical design, configure and test the developed solution, oversee user acceptance testing, and ensure successful deployment of the solution.

Business Analysis:

• Lead the development and implementation of a strategy to ensure that intended business benefits are realized across a program.
• Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems. Review existing operations and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
• Work with stakeholders, IT and procurement to evaluate vendor solutions on their ability to solve the defined problem.

Workday Configuration:

• You will be responsible for the design, documentation, configuration, testing (the entire Software Development Cycle) for items related to Compensation & Absence in Workday.

• 3-6 years Compensation Workday Configuration Experience.

  Workday Absence Configuration highly desirable.
