Job description

Role Summary

A Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform. They work closely with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Perform unit testing and ensure code coverage meets Salesforce requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with admins and stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Deploy applications using tools like Change Sets, Git, or CI/CD pipelines

🔹 Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Apex programming
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • SOQL & SOSL queries
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration:
    • Workflows, Process Builder, Flows
  • Understanding of:
    • Salesforce data model
    • Security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
  • Integration experience with APIs
  • Version control tools like Git
