Role Overview
American Express Global Servicing Technology is looking for a highly skilled PEGA Cloud Migration
Expert to lead modernization and migration of enterprise-scale Case Management applications to
Pega Cloud. The platform supports critical servicing operations including fraud, disputes, customer
servicing, and payment workflows.
The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on expertise in Pega architecture, Pega Cloud
migration, platform upgrades, DevSecOps, and enterprise integration frameworks within large-
scale financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end migration of PEGA applications from on-prem/self-managed environments
to Pega Cloud.
Drive PEGA platform modernization, upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives.
Design scalable, secure, and resilient PEGA solutions for enterprise case management
platforms.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevSecOps best practices.
Optimize system performance, stability, monitoring, and production support processes.
Work closely with architecture, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
Support API and event-driven integrations across servicing platforms.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Required Skills
10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in PEGA development and architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Pega Cloud Migration
Pega Infinity / PRPC
Enterprise Case Management
PEGA platform upgrades
PEGA deployment architecture
Expertise in:
BPM workflows
REST/SOAP APIs
Kafka/Messaging integrations
CI/CD and DevSecOps
Performance tuning and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of:
Kubernetes
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Oracle/PostgreSQL
Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD
Experience in financial services, cards & payments, fraud/dispute servicing preferred.
