Apply governance appropriate to each initiative’s complexity, risk, and enterprise impact.
Support investment decisions through portfolio analysis, capacity planning, and prioritization recommendations.
Facilitate steering committees and executive reviews, presenting clear decisions, trade-offs, and escalation needs.
Establish standards for program planning, status reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, benefits measurement, and escalation.
Provide hands-on program execution support for complex or strategically important initiatives.

Ideal Candidate
You have personally built structure where it did not previously exist. You create portfolio reporting that executives trust, keep governance focused on meaningful decisions, and balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
Your experience should demonstrate enterprise PMO ownership, executive decision support, and measurable business outcomes beyond individual project scheduling and status reporting.
