Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and enhance enterprise governance solutions focused on Application Portfolio Management (APM), CMDB, and CSDM. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development, scripting, workflow automation, integration, and reporting experience.

Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, and CSDM frameworks.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of SDLC, enterprise governance, and regulated environments.
Experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics.
Expertise in JavaScript, CMDB, CSDM, workflows, and platform configuration.
Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience, particularly APM and technology governance.
Collaborate with architecture, risk, operations, and business teams.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow AI, and Power Platform to improve automation and reporting.
Support governance workflows, architecture reviews, application rationalization, and audit readiness.
Create dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics.
Build integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
Configure CMDB, CSDM, data models, forms, and workflows.
Design and develop ServiceNow APM solutions for application onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance tracking.
