Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise change management, project delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.


• Plan and orchestrate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.


• Support and enforce Enterprise Change Management standards and governance routines.


• Provide program-level status reporting and key control indicators to leadership and stakeholders.


• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal.


• Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to meet deliverables and timelines.


• Gather and communicate status, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership.


• Align execution to requirements by partnering with sponsors and stakeholders.


• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and bank policies.


• Support resource planning for delivery and execution.


• Own outcomes with accountability and operate with minimal guidance, including after-hours work to support multiple time zones as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


• 5-7 years of project management experience delivering large, cross-functional initiatives.


• Primary skill: Change Management with formal change control of scope, schedule, and budget.


• Strong strategic thinking with proven execution and delivery discipline.


• Superior communication skills and ability to influence in a matrixed environment across multiple organizational levels.


• Relationship management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload.


• Proficiency with program and project management tools and techniques aligned to bank frameworks.


• Experience engaging business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology teams.


• Extensive process and release management experience; process-oriented with ability to navigate bank policies and procedures.


• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software delivery methodologies.


• Tools: JIRA, ALM, PCM, PPRT, NEXUS.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification.


• Experience leading programs with significant impact across multiple lines of business.
