Power Platform Developer

Job description:
A Power Platform Developer who can design, build, and optimize business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, while ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with solution design skills to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Skills & Expertise:
Power Platform Development Expertise: Proven ability to develop custom solutions using Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
Solution Design & Architecture: Experience in data modeling, designing scalable application architectures, implementing business logic, and integrating Apl's and connectors to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Al & Copilot Integration: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GenAl, and Al Builder capabilities to enhance applications with intelligent automation and predictive insights.
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Strong understanding of solution packaging, DevOps Practices, GitHub/Azure DevOps pipelines, and managing deployments across environments
Experience in ADF, SSIS with hands on expertise into dealing with data exchange via storage container (blob, file system etc), Stored proc and T-SQL
User-Centric Design: Ability to create intuitive user interfaces and workflows that align with business needs and provide excellent end-user experience.
Data Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security roles, data access policies, and healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA/PHI handling) when designing Power Platform solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communicator who can work with business analysts, admins, and end-users to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver working solutions.
Problem-solving & Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for analyzing complex business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and delivering innovative Power Platform solutions.
Continuous Improvement & Adoption: Passion for exploring new Power Platform features, mentoring peers, and driving best practices for sustainable adoption across the organization.
Product Support Skills: Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Desktop and Cloud Flow, worked with API, Al Builder use cases integrations with websites.
