Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Salesforce Administrator for a remote opportunity with one of our premier clients.
Senior Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce & D365 Integration) We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong experience integrating Salesforce with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role will be responsible for administering and optimizing the Salesforce platform while designing, maintaining, and improving integrations between Salesforce and D365 to ensure seamless data flow across systems. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to deliver scalable CRM solutions that support sales, marketing, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration - Administer and maintain the **Salesforce platform including user management, profiles, roles, security settings, and permission sets.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Manage data integrity through data governance, duplicate management, and data quality processes.
Integration & Systems Management - Design, implement, and support integrations between **Salesforce and **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Maintain middleware or API integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or integration platforms).
- Troubleshoot integration issues, data sync failures, and system performance concerns.
- Collaborate with developers and architects on integration strategies and data mapping between systems.
Business Process Optimization - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and automation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Platform Governance & Best Practices - Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance policies.
- Manage release processes including sandbox testing, deployments, and change management.
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience administering **Salesforce.
- Experience integrating **Salesforce with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, automation, security model).
- Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and middleware tools.
- Proficiency with data migration and ETL tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., **MuleSoft, **Dell Boomi, or **Azure Logic Apps).
- Familiarity with **Power Platform or **Microsoft Azure integration services.
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud environments.
- Basic knowledge of Apex or Lightning components.
Typical Responsibilities in This Role - Own CRM platform administration and enhancements.
- Ensure accurate and reliable data synchronization between Salesforce and D365.
- Support system users and provide training and documentation.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to improve CRM capabilities.
