Role: Siebel Techno-Functional Support

Location: Waukesha, WI (In-person; mostly it will be remote, will need to attend onsite meeting often)

Job Description

• Provide support for Siebel CRM applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with business users to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights using SQL.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and validation activities for migration from Siebel to Salesforce.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Participate in CRP, UAT, and production rollout support.
• Document technical solutions, standard operating procedures, and known issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Good technical knowledge of Siebel and experience on Siebel
• Participate in Architectural calls to understand the requirements, feasibility, and impact of existing functionalities.
• Perform the As-Is analysis and To-Be Analysis of the business processes between Siebel and Legacy ERP/CRM systems.
• Prepare technology roadmaps and Architecture assessment.
• Responsible for converting Business requirements into High-Level requirements and preparing Use Case Designs.
• Explore multiple design options and choosing the optimal and best design.
• Create detailed mapping document which contains source to target fields along with their mapping/transformation.
• Analyze the new requirements to ensure the adherence of the validation guidelines and controls like Sox, Security, CAPA quality standards.
• Develop and Review User Stories with the Functional team to ensure they fulfill the basic CSV requirements of each use case statement being unique, attainable, testable, and traceable.
• Involve in implementing a project using Agile Methodology and deliver in Sprints.
• Configure Business Objects layer of Siebel like Screens, Views, Static, Hierarchal Picklist and Dynamic Picklists, Pick Applet, Associate Applet, List Applet, Drilldown, Toggles, Business Object, Business Component, LOV, Joins, Links, MVLs, Multivalued Fields, MVGs, Association Applets, Shuttle Applets.
• Responsible for implementing the defect-related fixes in the testing environment and coordinate the test case execution after defect fixing.
• Monitor the execution of phases for proper test coverage and ensure that all defects are closed and tested before production implementation.
• Responsible for defects Triaging, Prioritization and fixing defects.
• Support the Application to ensure that the business is not impacted directly or indirectly and experienced in Meeting Service Level Agreements with expert level support.
• Responsible for any Siebel Application Defect during the warranty period for developed code.
• Interact with stakeholders & business for re-design and impact analysis of the requirements and process design changes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base that will be used by other team members and customer support teams to troubleshoot the issues.
• Define KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for applicable functionalities
• Validation of different systems based on CSV (Computerized Systems validation) standards to comply with the FDA, SOX, GxP and UDI regulations.
• Document the evidence to provide a "high degree of assurance" that a computerized system will consistently perform per the predetermined specifications and quality attributes.
• Design Report and Dashboard to Organize, View and Analyze Data.
• Involve in Oracle BI Publisher Report Development (Template Building, Creating Datasets, XML generation from IO Created, etc.)
• Build a Report and Dashboard for display data in easy-to-Understand format and share the resulting insights with Management
• Knowledge in Servicemax also will be good.
