Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400-based RX claims applications
- Work on SYNON, COBOL, and RPG programs supporting pharmacy claims processing
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide support for production issues and ongoing system enhancements
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate claims processing
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with AS400 / IBM iSeries
- Hands-on development experience with:
- SYNON
- COBOL
- RPG / RPGLE
- RX Claims processing experience is mandatory
- Deep understanding of pharmacy claims adjudication, pricing, and eligibility
- Experience working on healthcare or PBM systems
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment
