Operations Analyst - Brea, CA - Contract - $25-35 Per HR

This position involves supporting operational processes within a financial setting, located in a hybrid work environment. The role requires managing various account activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and utilizing general technology tools for data processing and reporting.

Description

• Assist customers in selecting financial accounts and services.
• Process new account openings and manage related documentation.
• Handle teller transactions and account activities using technology tools.
• Provide customer service by resolving inquiries and issues.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Communicate training needs and service concerns to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with account selection and cross-sell opportunities.
• Process account openings and verify customer information.
• Handle transactions and resolve account issues using technology tools.
• Provide customer service and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in financial institution operations or customer service.
• Knowledge of account documentation and banking compliance regulations.
• Intermediate skills in computer operation and general office practices.
• Effective communication skills for customer and team interactions.
