Job Title: UI Lead / Full Stack Engineer (React.js, C#.NET & Azure)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Lead / Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React.js for frontend development, C#.NET for backend/API development, and hands-on experience with Azure Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and leading modern web application initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Develop frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using C#.NET / ASP.NET.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with Azure cloud services for deployment, integration, and application management.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data management and optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, scalability, and application performance.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in React.js and frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
- Hands-on experience with C#.NET / ASP.NET backend development.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs / Microservices.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture.
- Experience with Git/version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Prior experience leading UI or frontend teams is highly desirable.
Experience
- Senior-level full stack engineering experience preferred.
- Prior experience in leading UI or frontend initiatives is highly desirable.
