Job Overview
This role focuses on data validation, reconciliation, and migration across legacy systems into a new ERP environment after system/process changes.
Required Skills
- Experience with Adobe Workfront
- Experience with SAP (Vantage environment)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Strong spreadsheet/data analysis skills (Excel or similar)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and missing records
- Review records across multiple systems to determine the correct job/data entries
- Validate and reconcile job-related data between legacy systems
- Correct, re-enter, and align data into the new SAP (Vantage) system
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper system alignment during migration
This is a data cleanup, reconciliation, and ERP migration support role.
