Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Onsite Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise-scale delivery engagements, client stakeholder relationships, onsite-offshore coordination, and technical program execution.

This role requires a combination of delivery leadership, technical understanding, risk management, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own overall delivery responsibility for assigned programs including scope, timeline, quality, and budget management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders including business and IT leadership teams
  • Drive program planning, execution, governance, and delivery across onsite and offshore teams
  • Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and delivery commitments
  • Lead solution discussions and provide technical guidance where required
  • Coordinate with Architecture, Development, QA, DevOps, and Support teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, productivity optimization, and automation efforts
  • Support pre-sales activities, solutioning discussions, and client presentations
  • Monitor project health, delivery metrics, and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of overall IT delivery experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management or Program Leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-geography delivery teams
  • Strong experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to manage high-pressure delivery environments and drive successful outcomes

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems including ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Digital Platforms
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA
  • Strong understanding of APIs, Microservices, and modern enterprise architectures
  • Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices
  • Ability to participate in technical discussions and guide implementation teams
