- Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
- Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization
What makes you a good fit - 3 years industrial maintenance experience minimum
- Degree or tradeschool certificate preferred
- Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred).
- Experience with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, industrial networking, and instrumentation.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and industrial controls.
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement methodologies.

The hourly payrange for this role is
$35.00 and $40.00. This range reflects the good-faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
