MES Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MES/ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Tulip MES platform and coordinate integrations with existing ERP systems. The PM will work with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful deployment on the manufacturing shop floor.
Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end MES (Tulip) implementation and ERP integration activities
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports
• Coordinate between IT, manufacturing, operations, and vendor teams
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve project issues
• Ensure documentation, testing, and training are completed on time
• Oversee go-live activities and support stabilization

Required Skills:

• Strong experience managing MES projects (Tulip, Ignition, Apriso, Opcenter, etc.)
• Background in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and shop-floor coordination skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and process improvement
• Strong communication, leadership, and project planning skills
