Title: Civil Architect
Duration: 6 month contract with opp to extend or perm
Fully ONSITE 5 d/a week: Austin, TX 78725
Pay Rate: $40/hr-60/hr

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field such as Architecture
3 5+ years of professional experience supporting site, civil, or landscape design for industrial, high-tech, or large-scale development projects (e.g., manufacturing, semiconductor, solar, battery, or similar facilities)
Experience with site and master planning, including grading, drainage, pavements, utilities, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and integrated site/landscape systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, Rhino, and Adobe Photoshop with the ability to produce construction and permitting documentation
Familiarity with applicable site, civil, and landscape codes, standards, and permitting processes, or a strong willingness to learn
