Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, transformation, or strategic delivery.
- Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong consulting and transformation experience across technology, business, digital, data, or platform initiatives.
- Experience working with Director, VP, and senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong skills in program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and dependency management.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, identify problems, and create structure and alignment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business, product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Experience with AI or emerging technology programs is preferred, but deep technical AI expertise is not required.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional AI, technology, and business transformation programs.
- Establish program governance, operating models, processes, and execution frameworks.
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Partner with senior business and technology leaders to drive alignment and decisions.
- Lead executive communications, presentations, and program updates.
- Identify gaps, resolve roadblocks, and improve execution.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans and priorities.
- Drive accountability across multiple teams and workstreams.
