AI Solutions Engineer

We''re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and scale AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise AI, helping organizations transform ideas into production-ready intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure AI services
• Design and optimize conversational experiences, knowledge grounding (RAG), and prompt engineering approaches
• Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise systems
• Partner with business users through structured co-build sessions to accelerate solution delivery and improve technical quality
• Create reusable templates, starter kits, and reference implementations that enable scalable delivery
• Apply enterprise governance, security, DLP policies, and responsible AI guardrails in every solution
• Test, evaluate, and continuously improve agent accuracy, reliability, and user experience
• Produce practical documentation and guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience building Copilot Studio agents or equivalent conversational AI solutions
• Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent design principles
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations
• Understanding of security, compliance, governance, and DLP policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning emerging AI technologies

Preferred Skills:

• Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, or Cognitive Services experience
• Power Platform ALM, version control, and CI/CD knowledge
• PL-200, PL-400, AI-900, AI-102, AB-730, or AB-731 certifications
• Experience supporting maker communities or enablement programs
