Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Consultant to lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of process mining solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in integrating enterprise data sources and transforming raw event data into actionable insights, enabling business process optimization across key domains such as Quote-to-Cash (Q2C/Q2R) and Record-to-Report (R2R).
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Signavio Process Intelligence solutions
Design and build robust data pipelines integrating data from:
SAP S/4HANA
SAP Fieldglass
Google BigQuery
Ensure seamless data ingestion, transformation, and validation for process mining use cases
Develop and maintain process mining models, KPIs, and dashboards
Translate raw event logs into meaningful business insights for process optimization
Support business use cases such as:
Quote-to-Cash (Q2C / Q2R)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) (good to have)
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and data engineers
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across integrations
Provide technical guidance and best practices on process mining implementations
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 10 years of overall IT experience
Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence / Process Mining
Strong experience integrating with:
SAP S/4HANA
SAP Fieldglass
Google BigQuery / cloud data platforms
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and event log structures
Experience in building dashboards, KPIs, and analytics models
Solid understanding of business processes:
Quote-to-Cash (Q2C / Q2R)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Experience working with large datasets and data transformation tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Experience with other process mining tools (e.g., Celonis)
Knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM)
Exposure to data engineering tools (Python, SQL, ETL tools)
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
