Oracle Fusion RTR Consultant / Oracle Record To Report Consultant

Summary:

We are seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Record to Report (R2R) Functional Consultant with 12+ years of experience and strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), and Fixed Assets (FA). The ideal candidate should have strong implementation experience, excellent functional knowledge, and the ability to lead complex R2R solutions and stakeholder discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design and implementation activities across Oracle Fusion R2R, with primary focus on GL, FAH, and Fixed Assets.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Configure and support GL, including ledgers, legal entities, chart of accounts, calendars, currencies, journals, allocations, intercompany, and period close.
• Design and configure FAH/SLA, including accounting rules, event classes, sources, journal entry rules, and accounting methods.
• Configure and support Fixed Assets, including asset books, categories, depreciation, additions, transfers, retirements, adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Define accounting solutions and ensure accurate integration between subledgers and GL.
• Lead month-end/year-end close, reconciliation, and accounting issue resolution.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
• Mentor junior functional consultants and provide technical/functional guidance to project teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, architects, and cross-functional Oracle teams.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong hands-on expertise in GL, FAH/SLA, and Fixed Assets.
• Multiple Oracle Fusion implementation/support engagements.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, R2R processes, period close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong experience in Subledger Accounting (SLA) and accounting derivation.
• Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Ability to independently lead functional workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
