Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of IFS Cloud across Field Service Management (FSM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO), and related modules.

This role combines strong functional expertise with technical capabilities, including low-code automation, integrations, reporting, and controlled custom development. The ideal candidate will partner with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, upgrade-safe solutions that improve operational efficiency and support field service and asset management processes.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications in a techno-functional role
Strong understanding of configuration versus customization best practices
Experience with IFS BPA/BPM, integrations, APIs, or low-code automation tools
Knowledge of field service, asset management, or technician-driven operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support IFS Cloud modules including FSM, EAM, PSO, contracts, pricing, entitlements, and SLAs
Translate business requirements into configuration-first, scalable solutions
Design and maintain IFS BPA/BPM workflows and automation processes
Develop upgrade-safe extensions, custom fields, event actions, and UI logic
Support integrations, APIs, reporting, and data validation activities
Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, and IT teams to improve workflows and system utilization
Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities across multiple environments
Document functional requirements, solution designs, and configuration decisions
Participate in governance reviews for customizations and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PSO configuration and FSM mobile solutions
Exposure to SQL, reporting, or middleware technologies
Experience supporting service, maintenance, or equipment-based organizations
