Job Description

is a full-stack development position based in Charlotte, with a stronger emphasis on backend development. The expected split is approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend. The team is looking for someone who can understand business requirements, ask the right questions, contribute to solution design, and implement changes within an AI-driven development environment.

Key requirements:

  1. Approximately 2–3 years of relevant development experience
  2. Strong backend development experience, particularly database-related work.
  3. Python or Rust experience. Candidates do not need both but having experience with one of them is a must.
  4. Strong SQL/database experience.
  5. Cloud experience in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform. AWS is preferred, but candidates with another major cloud platform can be considered.
  6. RESTful API experience.
  7. Strong exposure to AI-driven development, with preference for candidates who have actually incorporated AI into projects/solutions that have been implemented, ideally in production.
Experience with microservices, Docker and Kubernetes would be beneficial but is not a strict requirement. Financial-services industry experience is also advantageous but is not mandatory.
