Summary
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ten (10) to twelve (12) years of professional software engineering experience, the majority focused on front-end development.
- Demonstrated experience owning the front-end architecture of a production application through full lifecycle to production.
- Demonstrated experience leading an Angular version migration or a legacy front-end modernization.
- Experience designing and maintaining a shared component library or design system implementation used by multiple teams or applications.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading code review as the technical authority for a codebase.
- Experience building production applications in React and Next.js preferred, in addition to Angular depth.
- Experience delivering applications that meet WCAG 2.1 AA or Section 508 accessibility requirements preferred.
- Experience with public sector, SLED (state, local, and education), or higher-education clients preferred, not required.
